This soft furnishings retailer requested a feasibility study to integrate systems due to the addition of a second shop. Lilley Information Systems undertook a process analysis and design as part of the review of existing financial and management control systems. Discoveries included that, while the organisation claimed to be very service oriented, it was not being measured. The findings enabled the client to take a more effective strategic direction to realise their business goals.
