An Aviation Authority had been struggling to get accurate and up-to-date information on their private circuits for years. Lilley Information Systems re-engineered the business processes as a Private Circuit Information System saving an estimated £300,000 p.a. This involved integrating and negotiating the requirements of headquarters, divisional engineers and accountants, plus negotiating a better commercial interface with suppliers. It was strategic insofar that it affected virtually every one of the client's services.
